During the last four years, Stone Summit Developers
and/or its founder, Daryl Barrett has successfully
completed six "life-style" shopping centers
and a 700-unit self storage facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. During this same span, two
more shopping centers were completely renovated
into "life-style" retail centers. Meanwhile, Wayne Whitaker successfully managed the real estate acquisition and development of over a dozen partnerships valued at over $35,000,000. We have recently completed two additional shopping centers and are under construction with a third. All three are currently being leased with retail stores and restaurants opening soon.
Mr. Barrett, with a Masters of Architecture in
Urban Design from Texas A&M University, has developed numerous shopping centers
and office complexes in the metroplex for over twenty
years. Mr. Whitaker, with a law degree from Baylor University, has represented businesses involved in real estate syndications since the early 1980's. With their leadership, Stone Summit offers
its partners, investors, and their communities the
ability to completely manage the development process
from initial concept through construction to successful
operation of a profitable project, maximizing its
potential to the fullest.
